    If you are eligible for visa exempt entry, please make sure that your passport has remaining validity of at least six months upon arrival in Taiwan.

    For those who would like to apply for an eVisa through the Conference Organizing Committee, please email Ms. An-Chien Huang (2017conference@utaipei.edu.tw) with the following information: nationality, passport number, last name, first name, date of birth (yyyy/mm/dd), date of expiry (yyyy/mm/dd), and gender.
    Applicants must provide the abovementioned information and pay for the registration fee by July 7. Any late submission will not be accepted. Once the Organizing Committee obtains an Ecode from the Bureau of Consular Affairs, the Ecode will be sent to each applicant for online application for an eVisa. If the applicant gets the eVisa later than the start of the Conference, the Organizing Committee will refund the registration fee.
